Talent Acquisition Partner

This exciting Talent Acquisition Partner role offers the chance to contribute to the success of a leading company in the aviation industry. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process, from initial briefing to offer stage, for a diverse range of technical and engineering roles.

  • 12 month contract
  • Filton, Bristol
  • PAYE or Umbrella rates offered
  • Hybrid working – minimum 3 days onsite a week

As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

– Create engaging, compliant, and diversity-friendly job advertisements to promote the company\’s vacancies.
– Screen applications and actively contribute to the candidate selection and decision-making process.
– Define the most appropriate sourcing strategy, channels, and social media to identify and attract top talent.
– Organize and conduct candidate interviews, leading and owning the interview process as the HR representative.
– Use your expertise and market knowledge to influence the company\’s Talent Acquisition approach.
– Leverage LinkedIn to grow your network, gather market intelligence, and directly source candidates.
– Support wider HR and Talent Acquisition projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive recruitment experience, ideally from an agency or in-house/RPO background, with a focus on technical or engineering skills. You should have strong sourcing and attraction skills, both proactive and reactive, and a comprehensive understanding of the labour market and associated challenges.
