Surface Mount Machine Operator
This company is seeking a talented Surface Mount Machine Operator to join their dynamic team. As a Surface Mount Machine Operator, you will be responsible for a variety of manufacturing and self-certification tasks within the deployed business. This is an excellent chance to showcase your expertise in circuit card assembly, fine soldering, and surface mount component assembly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hand soldering of Circuit Card Assemblies to IPC 610 & 001 standards
- Undertake fine soldering work under magnification
- Assemble surface mount and through-hole components
- Carry out detailed standard assembly and manufacturing activities, adhering to procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Contribute to the efficient movement of work and information in the manufacturing area
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior knowledge and experience in circuit card assembly
- Excellent dexterity and attention to detail for fine work
- Ability to read and interpret layouts, and follow instructions
- Willingness to work flexible shift patterns
- Proficient in working independently with minimal supervision
- ESD training is preferred
