Carbon60 is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Support Team Administrator to join our clients on a contract basis at their site in Broughton. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of the department\’s daily operations.
As the Support Team Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include:
– Booking employee appointments and preparing case files for clinicians, adhering to strict clinical and privacy protocols.
– Maintaining the daily clinics diary for multiple clinicians, such as nurses, doctors, and physiotherapists.
– Confirming appointment dates and times with employee\’s managers, and sending SMS reminders.
– Checking and aligning employee data within the company\’s internal systems, updating and correcting information as needed.
– Assisting with reception enquiries and adding informative notes for clinicians.
– Demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all your work.
To be successful in this Support Team Administrator role, you will need:
– Proficient IT skills, with experience using Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
– Proven experience in a database management or administrative role.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees at all levels.
– A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to maintaining accurate records.
– The ability to work efficiently and independently, with a flexible approach to your daily schedule.
This position is on site Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm.
