Are you a skilled and versatile maintenance professional looking for a new challenge? This company is seeking a talented Multi Skilled Engineer to join their team and play a vital role in maintaining and repairing student accommodation sites across Kingston and Surbiton.

As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for performing both planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of systems, including electrical, water, fire alarms, building fabric, plumbing, and even minor decorating. Your duties will involve:

  • Responding to maintenance requests during and outside of normal working hours as part of an on-call rota
  • Monitoring and maintaining mechanical systems and plant rooms
  • Inspecting and repairing fixtures, fittings, and furniture
  • Supporting contractor management and stock control
  • Ensuring safety and compliance with company policies

The ideal candidate for this Multi Skilled Engineer role will possess:

  • An NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade
  • Extensive experience in a similar maintenance role
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and IT skills
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A full UK driving licence and good physical fitness
