We are looking for B1 and B2 UKCAA licensed engineers with type ratings on A320, A330 and/ or 737.
The role will be based at with Birmingham or Manchester Airport starting as soon as possible.
The ideal candidates will have the opportunity to work for an excellent aviation company and have access to the excellent remuneration and benefits package.
Job description Lead and supervise maintenance activities setting clear targets and inspiring the team to achieve them.
Lead and motivate a team to reach its full potential.
Responsible for completing all maintenance successfully, through leadership of staff and organisation of resources.
Ensure all documentation is completed following company procedures.
Be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment.
Skills/ Qualifications Right to work in the UK Restricted or Unrestricted B1 or B2 UK CAA Licence Must hold a minimum of one aircraft type authorisation applicable to British Airways (A320, A330, B777 and/ or B737) If you do not hold one of the type ratings and would like the potential to gain these whilst working in a Lead Mechanic role, then we would still like to hear from you.
You would get the opportunity to complete your ratings and progress to the role of Licensed Engineer.
