We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale electrical heating upgrade programme across social housing properties in Birmingham. The successful candidate will oversee site activities, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and support the smooth delivery of works across multiple live environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple Birmingham locations.
  • Manage teams and subcontractors working on electrical heating installations.
  • Ensure all works adhere to health and safety standards, project specifications, and client requirements.
  • Liaise with residents, client representatives, and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting.

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience working within social housing refurbishment or upgrade projects.
