LAE B1 and B2 Carbon60 is working alongside British Airways to recruit for Licensed Aircraft Engineers. We are looking for B1 and B2 UKCAA licensed engineers with minimum of one type rating on candidates license. Ideally A320 family and B777,B787,737. The role will be based at Heathrow working on long haul base maintenance, candidates will have the opportunity to work for the National Carrier and have access to the excellent remuneration and benefits package. This will be on a 4 days, 4 off or 4 nights, 4 off. Job description Lead and supervise maintenance activities setting clear targets and inspiring the team to achieve them. Lead and motivate a team to reach its full potential. Ensure the team and individuals are compliant to policies and procedures of BA. Responsible for completing all maintenance successfully, through leadership of staff and organisation of resources. Ensure all documentation is completed following company procedures as well as regulatory and airmanship standards. Be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment. Skills/ Qualifications An Unrestricted CAA UK Part-66 Category B1 and/or B2 licence For B1, hold a minimum of one type rating in the B1.1 Category (turbofan or turboprop) For B2, hold a minimum of one type rating in the B2 Category (fixed wing or rotary)
