Carbon60 are looking for a Customer Operations Advisor to join a client of ours based on the Essar site in Ellesmere Port. This position is a 10 week contract. Required: Valid UK driving licence Pay/Salary: £12.74/hour, overtime available Working Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday, 1 hour lunch per day, 40 hours/week Main duties & responsibilities: Expediting orders with suppliers using the EOS System & updating the customer Drive company vehicle across site to transport goods from goods in to service centre Managing the goods inward deliveries Managing deliveries to the customer Supporting with placing orders on the system Essential skills / experience / qualifications: Excellent customer service skills Ability to adapt under pressure, this is an EXTREMELY fast paced site and the individual needs to be prepared to adapt to changes in their working day If you are interested in this position and would like to know more, apply now!
