About the Role

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Level 3 Technical Certificate (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline.
- Strong practical skills in coppersmith/pipefitting.
- Proven industry or workshop experience.
- Competent IT skills for training and administration.
Desirable:
- Teaching qualification or equivalent (e.g., Defence Train the Trainer).
- Previous instructional experience in a technical environment.
