Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead and develop a team responsible for the design, development, and support of power generation products. This hands-on leadership role involves guiding engineers, collaborating cross-functionally, and contributing directly to product development from concept to manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the electrical engineering team.
- Drive the design and development of electrical systems for power generation equipment.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle: requirements, design, testing, validation, and manufacturing handover.
- Collaborate with suppliers and OEMs to meet performance, cost, and sustainability targets.
