Carbon60 is delighted to be working alongside a leading MRO aviation company for a Document Controller. Reporting to the planning manager in engineering support, the Document Controller will have the following skills:
- Excellent organisational skills and discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills.
- Ability to use MS Office, Excel, and Word.
- Remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Customer relationship focused.
Responsibilities of the Document Controller include:
- Ensure quality on completed job cards for both line and base maintenance.
- Close job cards when applicable.
- Scanning of job cards to clients and company job files.
- Monitor incomplete job cards for both quality checking and reporting.
- General administrative roles, such as setting up files and data entry.
