Era4 develops, owns and operates AI infrastructure across the UK, powered by renewable energy. Converting legacy industrial and energy sites into modern data-centre facilities, Era4 is combining brownfield regeneration opportunities with cleaner, efficient, scalable compute capacity for healthcare, research, finance, enterprise, and public-sector organisations.

You’ll step in as a Technical Project Manager owning the full lifecycle of complex technical workstreams, driving delivery with clarity, structure, and momentum. Partnering with senior stakeholders, engineering teams, and external partners, you’ll shape end‑to‑end delivery, building robust plans, managing interdependencies, and ensuring disciplined execution across scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Location: London, Hybrid (6‑month FTC with the potential to transition into a permanent role)

Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of technical workstreams, taking accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality from initiation through to completion.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive delivery plans, ensuring all interdependencies are mapped and actively managed across teams and suppliers.
  • Identify, assess, and manage delivery risks and issues, maintaining a live RAID log and escalating where required to programme leadership.
  • Lead sprint or delivery ceremonies as appropriate (standups, planning, retrospectives), embedding consistent delivery discipline across the team.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors, holding them accountable to agreed deliverables and contractual obligations.
  • Produce clear, concise progress reporting for senior stakeholders, translating technical complexity into accessible status updates.

Required experience:

  • Experience in managing and maintaining live RAID logs.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Ability to balance technical depth with business priorities.
