Role Description
As the Chief Product Officer for AI-Powered Reindustrialization, you will lead the technical vision and execution for Deca Plants' AI-first platform and products.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Paris, where you will collaborate closely with the Commercial Founders and the team to translate industrial plant needs into scalable software architectures and data-driven solutions.
Day-to-day responsibilities include defining technical roadmaps, overseeing end-to-end software development, and guiding product development from concept to deployment in live plant environments.
You will build and mentor a high-performing engineering and data team, establish robust development standards, and ensure systems are secure, reliable, and designed for industrial-grade performance.
The role also involves direct engagement with industrial partners, prioritizing features, managing technical risks, and aligning IT strategy and architecture with Deca Plants' business and market goals.

- Excellent communication skills, collaborative mindset, and readiness to take co-founder responsibilities, including ownership of technical strategy and execution.
