The Opportunity
You will take ownership of a defined UK territory, driving specification and sales of façade fire barriers and aluminium sub‑frame systems on large, complex projects. Working closely with contractors, consultants and internal technical teams, you will turn opportunities into long‑term revenue while positioning a harmonised façade offering ahead of competitors. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role with significant autonomy, influence, and visibility across major projects.
What You Will Be Doing
- Driving sales and specification of façade systems on major UK projects
- Managing and growing key contractor accounts while developing new business
- Tracking and managing projects through CRM and project documentation systems
- Providing on‑site and off‑site technical and commercial support
- Promoting a full façade product portfolio across multiple stakeholders
- Delivering CPD presentations where required
- Working closely with engineering and internal teams to support specifications
