Mobile Energy & Maintenance Engineer

London & South East (Regional Mobile Role)

Up to £52,000 + Company Vehicle + Excellent Benefits

43 hours per week + 1 in 4 weekend call-out (once trained)

About The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Maintenance / Service Engineer to join a leading organisation delivering critical engineering services across a portfolio of high-profile commercial and infrastructure sites. This is a mobile role covering London and the South East, working across multiple technically diverse environments. The position offers excellent exposure to complex plant systems and is ideal for engineers with transferable experience in power generation, facilities management, industrial plant, HVAC, or process engineering.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of plant equipment
  • Supporting the operation of energy centre systems (e.g. boilers, heating systems, and associated plant)
  • Performing fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs
  • Assisting with commissioning and servicing activities
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety standards, including permits and risk assessments
  • Completing service reports and maintenance documentation
  • Responding to emergency breakdowns and call-outs when required
  • Working in environments that may include heights and confined spaces

  • Mechanical, electrical, or multi-skilled maintenance

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience
  • Experience working on plant equipment (e.g. boilers, pumps, HVAC, or similar systems)

  • Full UK driving licence (essential for mobile role)
  • Flexible approach to travel and call-out rota
