We’re seeking an experienced pharmaceutical professional with HEOR/Market Access experience to join a Global HTA & Payer organisation on a contract basis. You will be operating as an Evidence Synthesis Manager, playing a pivotal role in translating payer strategy into high‑quality, decision‑ready evidence that supports market access and asset success. This is a highly visible, globally focused role with strong cross‑functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and delivery of core global payer evidence and value deliverables (e.g., Global Value Dossiers, value narratives, objection handlers).
  • Translate agreed market access strategy into clear, evidence‑based materials aligned with the Market Access Strategy Summary (MASS).
  • Identify payer‑relevant evidence gaps and collaborate with HEOR and RWE teams to inform evidence generation priorities.
  • Support asset and access forums with robust payer evidence and value narratives.
  • Enable regional and local teams through globally aligned tools and support local adaptation of materials.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Experience in market access, HTA, HEOR, outcomes research or payer evidence roles within pharma, biotech or consulting.
  • Proven experience supporting global or asset‑level payer evidence or access projects.
  • Strong ability to synthesise complex data into clear, compelling value and access narratives.
  • Demonstrated experience working cross‑functionally and managing external partners.
  • Understanding of payer and HTA decision‑making in at least one major market (desirable).
