We are seeking a Global Access Strategy Manager to join our client's Global HTA and Payers division on a key 3‑month contract. This role will play a key part in translating payer strategy into high‑quality, decision‑ready evidence and value communication to support global access success.

Position Type: Temporary

Duration: 3 months

Location: Berkshire

Rate: up to ÂŁ55.87 per hour (via Umbrella, INSIDE IR35)

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of core payer evidence and value deliverables (e.g., Global Value Dossiers, value narratives, objection handlers) for assigned assets and indications.
  • Translate agreed payer strategy into clear, evidence‑based global materials, particularly through the Market Access Strategy Summary (MASS).
  • Coordinate cross‑functional evidence alignment with Health Economics and Real‑World Evidence teams to identify gaps and inform evidence generation priorities.
  • Support asset and access forums by preparing robust payer evidence and value narratives.
  • Enable regional and local teams with globally aligned tools, supporting local adaptation while maintaining strategic consistency.

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience in market access‑related roles within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry or consulting (e.g., HTA, HEOR, outcomes research, payer evidence, access strategy).
  • Proven experience supporting global or asset‑level payer evidence or access projects.
  • Strong ability to translate complex strategy and data into clear, decision‑ready materials.
  • Experience working in cross‑functional, international environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of payer and HTA decision‑making in at least one major market (affiliate or local market experience desirable).
