The client seeks an experienced Project or Programme Lead to shape and deliver CRM strategy across international markets. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of CRM programme roadmap and global rollout activities. Partner with Business Technology, commercial teams, and vendors to deliver CRM solutions. Optimise CRM capabilities to improve field force effectiveness and customer engagement. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, including GDPR and consent management.
