Applicants who are not within an easily commutable distance to central Milton Keynes WILL NOT be considered. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Taking ownership of the complete sales cycle, from identifying potential clients from our prospect database to discovery to closing deals.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships building opportunities for further development.
- Meeting and exceeding realistic sales targets, demonstrating your ability to drive results.
- Leveraging our positive and helpful company environment to effectively operate and successfully sell our services.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales role with a demonstrable knowledge of the process required to drive successful sales performance.
- An understanding of the UK real estate market, additional benefit for experience/understanding of commercial design/build/retrofit markets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, with a go-getting attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a positive and helpful company culture, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of how sustainability and carbon reduction relate to the UK real estate market.
