Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and support drilling & fastening equipment (semi‑automated and manual)
- Define new equipment and develop innovative drilling and fastening assembly processes
- Project manage and provide technical support for existing machinery
- Implement continuous improvement projects into the wing manufacturing processes
- Interface with internal customers, support functions, and external suppliers
Qualifications And Skills
- Strong technical background in shop floor processes, preferably in drilling and/or fastening
- Good understanding of the wing build process
- Proficient in Google office‑based applications (Sheets, Slides, Gmail, etc.)

This Position Offers An Hourly Rate Of
