This role offers a rare opportunity to join our internal consultancy team in a hybrid commercial-delivery position.
Role Overview
We are hiring a full-time Business Development & Functional Consultant. The role is split evenly between business development and functional consulting responsibilities. If youβre commercially minded, familiar with Dynamics 365 F&O and eager to grow into a formal consulting role, this is an ideal opportunity. Full functional consulting training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development (50%)
- Identify and engage prospective clients within the Dynamics ecosystem
- Manage leads, proposals and relationship-building activities
- Maintain the sales pipeline using internal tools
- Coordinate with leadership to align BD activity with delivery capacity
- Functional Consulting (50%)
- Support D365 F&O implementations and client projects
- Assist with requirements gathering, documentation and solution design
- Collaborate with consultants, developers and project managers
- Participate in training, workshops and go-live support
Requirements
- Professional Experience: Hands-on knowledge of D365 F&O (as a user, analyst or junior consultant); Background in business development, sales or client engagement in ITERP
- Expertise: Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or another ERP system
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a Microsoft Partner environment (beneficial but not required); Microsoft certifications in D365 (beneficial but not required)
