The Senior Account Manager (SAM) is a trusted advisor to Carbon’s clients and a key leader in account delivery. This role owns senior client relationships, ensures commercial health, and guides multidisciplinary teams to deliver work that is creatively excellent, strategically sound, and ethically considered.
As Carbon continues to mature, the SAM helps shape long-term partnerships - choosing the right clients, asking better questions, and ensuring our work creates meaningful impact for organisations building a more sustainable future.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust, insight, and shared ambition.
- Act as a strategic partner, guiding clients through complex brand and digital decisions.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across brand, design, motion and digital delivery.
- Ensure work is delivered on time, within scope, and to Carbon’s quality standards.
- Own account budgets, forecasting, scope control, and profitability.
- Ensure accounts are sustainable, predictable, and aligned to agency targets.
- Support confident, transparent commercial conversations with clients.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth aligned to client needs and Carbon’s niche.
- Help shape services and products that support Carbon’s long-term vision.
- Support and mentor Account Managers and delivery teams.
