This is a brand-new opportunity if you love to create, manage, and produce excellent design solutions, while supporting seamless synergy between our clients and our brilliant in‑house teams.
What you will do:
- Project Leadership: Lead a diverse range of brand projects for both new and existing clients from kickoff to completion.
- Scoping & Strategy: Scope projects, write comprehensive creative briefs, and map out project strategies.
- Planning & Scheduling: Handle estimating, detailed project planning, and internal team scheduling.
- Client & Delivery Management: Manage client expectations and support the studio team to ensure projects are delivered to exceptional standards.
- Financial Tracking: Maintain ongoing tracking, reporting, and budget control via project management tools (including Synergist).
- Commercial Support: Manage client retainers, oversee project reviews, and identify strategies to assist with ongoing client support and growth.
- Production & Procurement: Support on photo/video shoots and liaise with printers and external suppliers to oversee purchasing and costs.
- Quality Control: Oversee strict proofing and quality control to ensure all key project objectives and brand guidelines are met.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate daily with multiple cross‑functional teams to brainstorm innovative ideas and keep projects moving.
