Carbon Clean is seeking a hands-on People Experience Lead to own and continuously improve how our People function operates across the business. You will partner with leaders to deliver an outstanding employee experience from joining to leaving, shaping People Operations as we scale globally.
Based in London with a hybrid model (minimum 3 days in office), you will drive automation, system governance and insightful HR data reporting to support growth, engagement and belonging across regions.
