What you'll do:
- Define and maintain acoustic quality standards for new and existing transducer products
- Support production teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality manufacturing
- Validate acoustic performance through the full product lifecycle
- Shape acoustic requirements during early-stage design and new product introduction
- Lead investigations into acoustic performance issues and drive corrective actions
- Develop continuous improvement strategies to enhance acoustic consistency
- Collaborate with international teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders
What you'll need:
- Experience in underwater acoustics, transducer performance or acoustic quality control
- Strong understanding of acoustic theory and signal processing
