An opportunity has arisen for a Plant Support Analyst to join the QA Technical Support Team at Worthing. In this role, you will provide analytical technical support to QA and the wider site operations. You will contribute to investigations, plant trials, validation activities, and non‐routine testing, ensuring compliance with cGxP and supporting the site's analytical capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical technical support for QA and the site.
  • Investigate issues relating to analytical methods and instrumentation.
  • Deliver analytical support for plant trials and validation activities.
  • Conduct non‐routine analytical testing as required.
  • Prepare, interpret, and present technical reports.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by the QA Technical Support Team Leader.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience working under cGxP.
  • Background in a pharmaceutical GMP environment (e.g., QA, Development, R&D).
  • Hands‐on experience with:
  • Chromatography
  • Spectroscopy
  • Electrochemical techniques
  • Physical testing techniques
  • Strong planning, organisational, and time‐management skills.
  • Ability to make decisions, solve problems, negotiate, influence, and communicate effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with Business Unit teams and contractors.
  • Good knowledge of IT systems.
  • Well‐developed verbal, written, numerical, and presentation skills.
