The Role of the Learning Business Partner
As the Learning Business Partner, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective deployment of the company's learning plan across various business areas and production domains. Your key duties will include:
- Gathering learning needs and priorities from the business, understanding constraints, and leading the deployment of the learning plan
- Regularly monitoring the learning plan and anticipating future learning needs
- Collaborating with the central learning team to contribute to local and international learning projects
- Effectively communicating and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Managing training administration and project management tasks
The Ideal Candidate
To excel in this Learning Business Partner role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar learning and development position
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities
