The company is a UK leading organisation specialising in major construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a cleaner to join the facilities management team, supporting a major facilities maintenance contract at Caswell Science & Technology Park, Towcester, NN12 8EQ.
DutiesAs a suitably experienced cleaner you will be working on a contract to clean the corporate head offices of a large multi-national organisation in Caswell Science & Technology Park, Towcester, NN12 8EQ. Primary duties will include:
- Cleaning all desks and chairs
- Wiping IT equipment
- Cleaning door handles, push plates and key pads
- Vacuuming the floor
- Emptying and cleaning the general rubbish and recycling bins
- Loading and unloading the dishwasher
- Mopping the kitchen floor
Additional duties will include re-ordering cleaning supplies when stocks run low and completing weekly time sheets.
About YouBased in Towcester, you will need to live within a short commutable distance of NN12 8EQ. The job will include using cleaning chemicals, so experience for COSHH is preferred. Demonstrable experience of commercial or industrial cleaning with a good working knowledge of hygiene standards and procedures is preferred. Due to the remote location of the site, you will need your own transport to travel to and from work as there is a very limited public transport service.
