Group Quality Manager We re looking for a Group Quality Manager to lead and evolve the Quality Management Systems across multiple manufacturing businesses operating in highly regulated, safety-critical environments.
This is a high-profile leadership role where you ll have the opportunity to influence strategy, modernise processes and champion continuous improvement across the Group.
The role will be based in Redhill, Surrey (with travel to other sites in Crawley, South Wales and occasional UK/international travel) Reporting directly to the Group Operations Director, you ll take ownership of the Group Quality function, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and regulatory standards while leading the digital transformation of quality systems and processes.
You ll work closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Production and Commercial teams to drive performance, improve efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
