They offer a single point of contact from design and installation through to commissioning, service and long-term support. Hygienic process pipework is a core strength, covering CIP, steam, water, glycol and food ingredient lines. Their approach is practical, detail-focused and built around quality delivery on time and on budget. You'll join the mechanical engineering team, fabricating pipework in the Rushden workshop for major process installations across the Midlands. The role You'll work in a modern, well-equipped, well-ventilated workshop. Day to day, you'll be: Fabricating and butt welding 1"-4" OD thin wall stainless steel pipework Working on schedule 10 stainless steel up to 4", plus 3" and 4" jacketed pipework Welding carbon steel up to 6" Fabricating and welding brackets, supports and associated metalwork Supporting fellow welders where neededAbout you Living within commuting distance of NN10 6FD, ideally in Northamptonshire Proven TIG welding and fabrication experience on stainless and carbon steel pipework in a food, drink or petrochemical processing environment (essential) Solid all-round welding skills, with current or previous coding a definite advantage A hygiene-conscious approach to qualityWhat's on offer Competitive hourly rates between £22.50 and £26.00 PAYE or £30.00 and £35.00 Ltd, with the chance to work with a well-respected process engineering business.
