Project Manager Location: Stevenage Contract: 3 Months Rate: £500 per day (Outside IR35) We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver Capital Projects within a fast-paced and complex environment. This is a key role requiring expertise in managing NEC contracts, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Act as the primary point of accountability for project delivery, managing all phases of the project lifecycle. * Develop and manage project documentation, including Project Investment Proposals (PIPs), Charters, and User Requirements. * Oversee design reviews, safety assessments, and constructability planning. * Coordinate commissioning, validation, and handover processes. * Manage project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and stakeholder engagement. * Ensure compliance with EHS and quality procedures throughout the project. Experience & Qualifications: * Proven experience managing NEC projects and contracts (NEC 3 & 4). * Strong background in project management, construction methodologies, and strategic planning. * Excellent stakeholder management skills in a complex environment. * Relevant qualifications in Engineering or Project Management (APM, ICE, RICS accreditation desirable). * NEC Project Manager Accreditation (preferred). * Familiarity with CEMAR and capital planning processes is advantageous.
