Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for supporting dynamic project teams? This company is seeking a skilled Project Administrator to join their team at the Peterhead Site in Aberdeenshire. As the Project Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Registering visitors to the office and greeting new starters on site
- Assisting project teams with general administrative duties, such as booking meeting rooms, ordering PPE and stationery, and managing deliveries
- Maintaining project trackers for site personnel and fleet vehicles
- Supporting the Project Coordination Team to meet deadlines
