An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commissioning Manager to support the delivery of power projects in Pembrokeshire. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing all commissioning activities on site, ensuring systems are safely tested, compliant and ready for operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commissioning plans and procedures
  • Lead commissioning activities across Powertrain and BoP systems
  • Manage site‑based commissioning teams and vendor interfaces
  • Coordinate inspections, testing, punch lists and system handover
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards
  • Monitor commissioning costs and progress against programme

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in power station or energy commissioning
  • Engineering qualification (Mechanical or Electrical - Degree or HND)
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working on large, complex construction or energy projects
  • Proficient in MS Office and project planning tools
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
