THE ROLE
- Liaise directly with residents/customers throughout the kitchen and bathroom replacement works.
- Keep residents informed about planned works, timings and any relevant updates.
- Build positive relationships with residents and respond to their questions or concerns.
- Liaise closely with site teams to ensure customer requirements and issues are communicated effectively.
- Support smooth delivery of the works by maintaining strong communication between residents and project teams.
- Travel to various sites across Lincolnshire as required.
- Deal with customer queries professionally and help resolve issues where appropriate.
- Maintain a professional and approachable presence when dealing with residents.
Essential skills / experience / qualifications
- Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) or similar customer liaison role.
- Experience engaging and communicating with customers/residents.
- Experience liaising with site/project teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence and own car - essential.
- Willingness to travel to various locations across Lincolnshire.
- DBS required.
- Previous experience within construction, housing or refurbishment projects would be relevant, particularly kitchen/bathroom replacement works.
