Carbon60 is currently looking for a Mechanical Engineer to work for a client of ours based in the Kingston Area. This position is a field based role so you will require a driving licence. This is a contract role that offers a day rate for Β£450 a day on CIS Umbrella or Umbrella. About the Role As the Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for taking the initial design information and interfacing with the supply chain. You will need to have a strong understanding of specifications, as well as the ability to order the right materials or create scopes of work for the supply chain. Additionally, you will support the build team in the delivery of works, collaborate with the procurement and planning teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and plant, and manage technical queries and change control.
