The company is seeking a talented Manufacturing Controller to join their dynamic team.

About the Role

As the Manufacturing Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's stores and inventory. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing stock control and storekeeping, including shelf life management
  • Loading manufacturing cells with the necessary work packages to meet production schedules and delivery deadlines
  • Packing and using hand tools as required
  • Receiving and issuing tooling
  • Updating computer records and kitting activities
  • Loading and unloading lorries

The ideal candidate for this Manufacturing Controller role will have:

  • Experience in a stores or manufacturing control environment
  • The ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, flexible approach
  • Manual handling, lifting, and slinging training, as well as ESD training
  • Desirable skills include PC proficiency, forklift truck licence, and knowledge of Kanban and two-bin systems
