Resident Liaison Officer/Tenant Liaison Office ROLE: Resident Liaison Officer/Tenant Liaison Office PAY RATE: £14.80 per hour PAYE JOB TYPE: 1 Month contract LOCATION: Newark, Nottinghamshire HOURS: 37.50 hours per week - 08:00 AM to 16:30 PM THE ROLE: Main duties & responsibilities: Liaise directly with residents/customers throughout the kitchen and bathroom replacement works. Keep residents informed about planned works, timings and any relevant updates. Build positive relationships with residents and respond to their questions or concerns. Liaise closely with site teams to ensure customer requirements and issues are communicated effectively. Support smooth delivery of the works by maintaining strong communication between residents and project teams. Travel to various sites across Lincolnshire as required. Deal with customer queries professionally and help resolve issues where appropriate. Maintain a professional and approachable presence when dealing with residents. Essential skills / experience / qualifications: Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) or similar customer liaison role. Experience engaging and communicating with customers/residents. Experience liaising with site/project teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Full UK driving licence and own car - essential. Willingness to travel to various locations across Lincolnshire. DBS required. Previous experience within construction, housing or refurbishment projects would be relevant, particularly kitchen/bathroom replacement works.
