SRG are seeking an experienced Health Outcomes Manager to support a leading pharmaceutical company on a temporary basis. Join a dynamic team focused on generating evidence that demonstrates the value of innovative healthcare solutions and supports patient access worldwide. This role offers the opportunity to apply expertise in health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), real-world evidence, and patient-centred outcomes within a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of non-interventional studies, systematic literature reviews, meta-analyses, and indirect treatment comparisons.
- Develop evidence-generation materials, including value dossiers and economic models, to support market access and reimbursement activities.
- Manage study and project timelines, deliverables, and risk identification to ensure successful execution.
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews to inform research strategies and evidence generation.
- Collaborate with medical, commercial, and market access stakeholders to deliver strategic objectives.
- Present project updates, insights, and complex data clearly to a range of internal and external audiences.
Skills & Experience Required
- Master's degree in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Health Outcomes, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years' experience within a pharmaceutical company, research organisation, or academic environment.
- Experience supporting drug development, value evidence generation, or product launch activities.
- Training and practical knowledge of economic modelling and/or observational research methodologies.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
