We are seeking a highly strategic and adaptable Global Clinical Integration Lead to support complex business development activities across Clinical Operations. This role will play a critical part in ensuring seamless integration and separation of clinical programs, working across global, cross-functional teams to drive delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sub-workstreams and complex programmes related to integration, divestment, and partnership activity within Clinical Operations
- Provide strategic oversight and ensure visibility of clinical integration priorities, risks, and impacts to senior leadership
- Develop and implement processes, guidance, and standards to support business development and post-deal activities
- Establish and lead Clinical Operations integration and separation working groups, coordinating cross-functional input
- Act as a subject matter expert on study-level integration and separation within global clinical delivery teams
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to define transition strategies and ensure robust execution plans
Skills & Experience Required
- Degree in a scientific or business discipline
- Strong experience managing global clinical trials and delivering in complex environments
- Proven project management expertise, with the ability to drive process improvements in matrix organisations
- Experience supporting business development, integration/separation, or change management activities
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage external partners or vendors (e.g. CROs)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strong business acumen with a proactive, results-driven mindset
