We're looking for a detail-driven, proactive Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations for an international consultancy client, primarily working remotely with occasional travel to a London office. Contract Details

  • Location: London area (remote)
  • Duration: 6 months (possible extension)
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Hours: Monday-Friday
  • Rate: £250 per day (Inside IR35 via Umbrella)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Transcribing live and recorded calls, capturing key actions and decisions
  • Preparing call lists, agendas and meeting materials
  • Coordinating schedules with clients and internal teams
  • Managing inboxes and calendars with accuracy and professionalism
  • Maintaining and updating databases and digital records
  • Producing reports against key metrics to agreed deadlines
  • Organising digital files for easy access
  • Supporting wider administrative and operational tasks as needed
