Logistics Coordinator (x2)
Location: Scotland - multiple sites (including Perth 550 per day (Umbrella- Inside IR35) We are seeking experienced Logistics Coordinators to support the successful delivery of major infrastructure and construction projects.
This role will work closely with project teams, contractors and suppliers to ensure the safe, efficient and timely movement of personnel, materials and equipment across multiple project locations.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor the movement of materials, equipment and personnel to support construction activities.
Act as a key liaison between project teams, contractors, subcontractors and logistics providers.
Support the development and implementation of project logistics plans, including traffic management, access routes and storage solutions.
Monitor contractor logistics performance and identify, escalate and help resolve potential project delays.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards across all logistics activities.
Provide regular updates and performance reporting, while supporting lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
