About the Role
The HR Transformation Project Manager will be responsible for driving the implementation and adoption of the company's new HR information system, MyPulse, with a specific focus on the Compensation and Human Capital Management modules. This role will also involve managing the complete decommissioning of the current time and attendance solution and the implementation of a new clocking system across the company's manufacturing sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the "business owner" and focal point for the full implementation of MyPulse, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.
- Manage the local setup of a new clocking system, liaising with stakeholders to ensure a successful implementation.
- Oversee the decommissioning of the current time and attendance solution, including historical data management and change management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define goals, deliverables, and success criteria for the HR transformation initiatives.
- Establish local processes that align with the company's national and global HR guidelines.

- Post-graduate qualification in HR or a relevant field.
- Demonstrated project management experience, preferably in an HR context.
