They provide complete project support from design and installation through to commissioning and long-term service. Hygienic process pipework is a core strength, so quality, tidy finishes and attention to detail matter on every job. This is a great opportunity for an experienced pipe lagger to join the team, supporting major process pipework installations on site at Lockerbie, DG11 1LW. The role As a suitably experienced industrial pipe lagger, you will be installing insulation to process pipework and finishing it to a high standard. Typical duties will include: Installing 40mm thick pipe insulation to 3" and 4" diameter pipework Cutting and fitting insulation around bends, tees, valves and other fittings Fitting aluminium cladding to a neat, weatherproof finish Securing cladding with stainless steel banding Working safely alongside other trades on a live installation site Keeping your work area tidy and following site rulesAbout you Living within commuting distance of DG11 1LW, ideally based in Dumfries and Galloway Demonstrable experience of pipe lagging with aluminium cladding and stainless steel banding is essential Experience on industrial sites, ideally in a food, drink or petrochemical processing environment, is preferred A neat, careful approach with a good eye for finish Your own hand tools and PPE Valid CSCS card or equivalent.
