Carbon60 is seeking a talented HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team in Newport on a 12 month contract.
As the HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in partnering with the business to provide proactive HR support and guidance. You will advise managers on HR policies and best practices, ensuring fair and consistent handling of HR matters in line with legal and company requirements.
Key responsibilities of the HR Business Partner role include:
β Driving the HR People Tempo of Performance Review, Salary Review, and Team Review within the business scope
β Contributing to the company\βs workplace culture by promoting the organization\βs values
β Ensuring the application of consequential management in collaboration with the Employee Relations team
β Supporting managers in managing change, with a focus on the human aspects of change
β Driving people development through coaching and encouraging managers to create an engaging environment
β Liaising with managers, Occupational Health, and employees to increase workplace attendance and implement the Absence Management policy
β Undertaking recruitment interviews and Graduate/Apprentice Assessment events as required
β Producing monthly data packs and reports for management review meetings
To be successful in this HR Business Partner role, you will need:
β Strong influencing and communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse client group
β Excellent conflict management, teamwork, and networking abilities
