What you’ll be doing:
- Inspecting PCBs, cables, and electro-mechanical assemblies to ensure they meet drawings and specifications
- Carrying out in-process and patrol inspections across production and test areas
- Checking documentation, certification, and product conformity before release
- Identifying and escalating quality issues via internal reporting systems
- Supporting sign-off for products to be fit for dispatch
- Updating inspection results on ERP systems and raising reject notes where required
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and parts lists
- Understanding of PCB assemblies, wiring, and electro-mechanical products
- Awareness of ESD requirements and quality standards
- Strong IT skills (ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office)
- High attention to detail and a strong quality mindset
Bonus experience:
- Soldering skills
- Experience with surface mount / through-hole technology
- Familiarity with inspection or quality roles in electronics manufacturing
