The Role

As a Final Assembly Operative, you\’ll play a vital role in assembling seat pans and seat survival kits, as well as conducting stage inspections and certifications of seat pans and mechanisms. Utilising your expertise in precision manufacturing, you\’ll work with technical specifications, drawings, and a variety of tools and equipment to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.

What We\’re Looking For

The ideal Final Assembly Operative will have previous experience in an aerospace or other precision manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of FOD control and ESD awareness. You\’ll be a problem-solver, curious about the industry, and eager to learn and develop new skills alongside our team of experts.
