We're looking for a hands-on Electromechanical Assembly Technician to build, test, and rework high-complexity products that form part of a marine radar and navigation equipment range. This is a practical, detail-driven role for someone who takes pride in build quality, enjoys problem-solving, and is comfortable working to exacting engineering standards.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assembling, testing, and reworking complex electromechanical radar equipment
  • Working from detailed procedures, drawings, schematics, change notes, and instructions
  • Carrying out high-precision tasks including soldering/unsoldering, wiring, crimping, PCB rework, drilling, cutting, and bonding
  • Inspecting your own work and that of others, proactively troubleshooting issues
  • Raising defect reports and supporting corrective actions
  • Supporting the creation and development of SOPs and manufacturing documentation
  • Using company data management systems to view, record, and update production data
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and 5S discipline in the workplace
  • Contributing to continuous improvement within a team-based manufacturing environment

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years' experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a methodical, analytical approach
  • Confident working with tools, drawings, and written instructions
