Project Manager Location: Healthcare Environment, Dorchester Area Contract Length: Approximately 9 Months Start Date: ASAP Overview An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of a major construction project within a healthcare environment in the Dorchester area. The project is currently approximately two-thirds complete and has progressed into the construction and fit-out phase. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the project through this stage and supporting its successful completion. Key Requirements Previous experience delivering projects within healthcare environments Experience working for Tier 1 main contractors Strong project delivery experience within construction environments Experience managing projects through the construction and fit-out stages Building services experience would be highly desirable Role Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day delivery of the project during the construction and fit-out phase Coordinate project activities to maintain programme objectives Liaise with project stakeholders and site teams Monitor progress and support successful project delivery Ensure works are carried out in line with project requirements Candidate Profile Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction sector Healthcare project experience preferred Previous Tier 1 contractor experience essential Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Available to start at short notice or immediately This is an excellent opportunity to join a significant project within a healthcare environment, supporting delivery during a critical stage of construction and fit-out works on an approximate 9-month contract.
