Carbon60 are working with a renowned global university who are looking for a Digital Learning Manager to join them on a short-term contract. Contract Specifics: Contract Length: 3-4 months initially. Pay Rate: £300-£350 per day (PAYE). Office Location: Central London. Working Flex: Hybrid, with 2 days per week required in the office. Overview of the Role: This role will develop and implement a digital learning strategy, ensuring engaging, accessible, and high-quality online learning experiences. You will lead on the delivery of mandatory and role-specific training, manage learning technologies, and drive continuous improvement in digital learning. This is a pivotal role within the university's Organisational Development team, shaping the future of staff learning and development. Main Responsibilities: Develop and implement a digital learning strategy to enhance online learning pathways. Oversee the university's portfolio of mandatory and specialist training, ensuring compliance and engagement. Manage learning technologies, ensuring content meets accessibility and quality standards. Work closely with internal teams and subject matter experts to create engaging digital learning experiences. Monitor learner engagement, evaluate course effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement. Lead the integration and optimisation of learning management systems, ensuring a seamless user experience. Required Experience: Strong background in digital learning, instructional design, and learning technologies. Experience managing learning platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Articulate, Storyline, Adobe Suite). Knowledge of AI, gamification, and multimedia tools to enhance digital learning. Proven ability to work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to develop effective learning solutions. Strong project management skills, with experience delivering multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices in digital learning.
