Customer Service Advisor

Our client, a leader in their industry, is looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their team on initial 10 week contracts. This will be working full time onsite in their office, so please only apply if you can work onsite, the office is located on Castle Boulevard, Nottingham. Shifts 7am-6pm 1pm-12am (People finishing at 12 will need to have own transport or not rely on public transport) This will be 4 on 3 off, and can be shared so you can do one week early shifts and one week lates Main responsibilities include: Handling customer queries via phone and email Escalate issues where required Maintain quality scores that meet and exceed department KPIs Maximise customer retention levels Carbon60, Lorien & SRG – The Impellam Group STEM Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
